Who is CM3 for?
Trec CM3 is a dietary supplement that meets the body’s needs during increased physical exercise. This mainly applies to athletes practicing strength, speed and strength disciplines, short-distance running and all combat sports. The use of this type of supplementation will improve the athlete’s form and allow him to achieve much more.

Ingredients: Tricreatine malate (83%); capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and tree nuts.
How to use
Take a single serving of the product – 3 capsules – wash down with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings a day. On training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 min. before training or 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving between meals or 1 serving before going to bed.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, or people who are allergic to any of the product’s ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
